Reservation Policy
To secure your reservation, we require guaranteed payment, and the credit card provided during the booking process will be used for this purpose. In the event of a cancellation, charges for your reservation will be billed to the credit card on file, in accordance with our cancellation policy outlined below.
General Reservation Policy:
Your credit card may be charged at the time the reservation is made
The client is financially responsible for any damages incurred to the limousine during the rental period by themselves or any members of their party.
Smoking or drug use is strictly prohibited in all our vehicles.
Overloading the vehicles beyond their seating capacity is both illegal and unsafe.
We do not assume responsibility for any items left in our vehicles.
Delays in travel time due to weather, traffic, road conditions, or unforeseen mechanical failures are beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible.
Excessive cleanup charges, will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Passengers traveling with oversized luggage, such as golf bags, skis, snowboards, or other large items, are required to book an SUV.
Rates and Deposit conditions for Charter Service:
For any round trip, if the duration between drop-off and pickup is less than 2 hours, it will be considered as hourly service.
After 15 minutes into the hour, a half-hour charge will be incurred.
All journeys to and from concerts and sports events will be booked as hourly service.
Hourly service is not applicable to out-of-state trips; kindly request a quote for such instances.
Waiting time charges do not apply to hourly service.
Deposit is required for starting two hours at time of booking.
Additional Surcharges:
Late Night/Early Morning Surcharge (Service starting between 11:45 PM and 4:30 AM): An additional $10 will apply.
Baby/Infant Car Seat: An additional $20.
Booster Seats: booster seat incur a $15 charge each.
Extra Stop off Along the Way:
An additional $15 fee applies (limited to 15 minutes) for Sedan and SUV cars.
An additional $25 fee applies (limited to 15 minutes) for Stretch Limo and Sprinter Van.
Meet and Greet at the Airport/Train Station: An additional $20.
Wait Time:
Pickup from Airport:
Domestic Flights: A 30-minute grace period is allowed from the plane's gate time.
International Flights: A 60-minute grace period is allowed from the plane's gate time.
After the grace period, a charge of $1.00 per minute will apply until pickup for Sedan and Luxury SUV cars.
After the grace period, a charge of $2.50 per minute will apply until departure for Stretch Limo and Sprinters.
All other pickups:
A 10-minute grace period is allowed from the scheduled pickup time for all type of Vehicles.
After the grace period, a charge of $10.00 per 10 minute will apply until departure for Sedan car.
After the grace period, a charge of $15.00 per 10 minute will apply until departure for Luxury SUV car.
After the grace period, a charge of $20.00 per 10 minute will apply until departure for Stretch Limo.
After the grace period, a charge of $25.00 per 10 minute will apply until departure for Stretch SUV Limo and Sprinters.
After the grace period, a charge of $30.00 per 10 minute will apply until departure for Shuttle bus and Coach Buses.
Cancellation Policy:
Any reservation cancelled in less time than described below, will result in a full charge.
For point-to-point trips, No Show is considered after 15 minutes of wait time with no response from client.
For Charter trips, No Show is considered after 30 minutes of wait time with no response from client.
No show fee is equivalent 100% trip fee for point-to-point and Starting two hour charges for Charter.
